Administrative History The firm of Parker Bullen (formerly Jonas & Parker) can trace its origins back to John Hodding in 1793. Subsequent partners up to the early 20th century have included several members of the Hodding family, George B. Townsend, Charles Marsh Lee, Henry Houseman, William C. Powning and Arthur C. Jonas. From 1930 partners acted as diocesan registrar.
