Description | Fifteen deeds of various properties at Pytchley. These include: a capital messuage erected by the late Henry Wine (1682); Becke’s house; a cottage near Berrowe’s pond; John Yete’s cottage; pasture lands called Lyttles Meadow, Terredall, Upper Loydall, Little Becke, Crosse Leyes and Crispwells; and fields called Wrynckles close, Hither Angells close, Pinwell close and Bunches close. The lease of a cottage in 1675 includes “the willows in the street growing between the water course and the cottage”.
