Copy of dispatch from Lord Castlereagh, Secretary of State for War to Lord Hutchinson ambassador to St. Petersburg, explaining that the British Government would be unable to move a large body of troops to the Baltic and Pamerania against Bonaparte but could send a smaller force in conjunction with Sweden. 1807.
