Description1. 1725 A rate made upon the tithings of Lackham, Lacock and Notton for the maintenance of the poor in the parish of Lacock.
2. 1756 Act for vesting part of the estate of John Talbot the younger esquire, settled upon his marriage, in trustees, for raising a sum of money for discharging debts and incumbrances.

4. 1784 Act for vesting part of the estate of John Talbot deceased (entailed in his will to be sold) and for applying the monies arising from the sale of the estate in discharging the incumbrances affecting the same.

c. 1789-1790 Lieutenant William Davenport Talbot's account with Cox, Cox and Greenwood (2).
d. 19 May 1790 Letter to William Davenport Talbot from Charles Greenwood concerning his possible post in Gibraltar: the Prince [Edward] is anxious for his exchange soon.
e. 21 Jun 1790 Letter to William Davenport Talbot from George Engleheart about a picture.
f. 20 Jul [1790] Letter to Lieutenant Talbot from George Beauchamp asking for payment of money due to him as he is fitting up the house and is short of money.
g. 22 Oct 1790 Letter to William Davenport from Robert, Andrew and John Drummond confirming £200 has been put into his account by Miss Barbara Davenport.
h. 5 Nov 1790 Letter to Lieutenant Talbot from John Schweitzer about a box of clothes being returned to Talbot.
i. 3 Dec 1790 Letter to Lieutenant Talbot from Philip Webb: mostly social matters, mentioning a "great misunderstanding ... between Billy and the Lord Chancellor", and various other matters.
j. 30 Mar 1791 Letter to William Davenport Talbot from his cousin Davenport about legal matters such as a power of attorney given to Talbot by Miss Davenport, and estate matters for Fisherton and Worfield, among other matters.
k. Undated letter to Lieutenant Talbot from [Bell] with naval news.
l. Empty, very small envelope with label "Irid: said to be blue..."

c. 19 Jul 1699 Bond: Thomas Bell to George Talbot.
d. c1700 Extract of the case between George Talbot, querent, and Henry Davenport, defendant: the plaintiff is selling an estate to the defendant.
e. c1700 Copy counterpart of lease of tithes in Worfield from Henry Davenport to Thomas Barrett, for a term of 20 years.
f. 7 Dec 1776 Bond: Reverend Doctor William Davenport of Breedon to Robert and Henry Drummond of Charing Cross for £200. Includes a list of payments 1778-1792.
g. 1785-1790 Bill from John Manley to Mrs Davenport for deliveries of stone.
