14. c1720 Response of James Mountagu outlining his defence to the bill of complaint by John Talbot.
15. 27 Jun 1716 Abstract of the title of John Talbot esquire to the Lacock Estate inrolled in Chancery 11 Sep.
16. 1775-1778 Case summary seeking legal advice for Mrs Davenport and her son and Mrs Mansel Talbot concerning the execution of the will of John Talbot. The opinion of Mr Madocks has been written at the conclusion of the summary and is dated 20 May 1778.
17. c1720 Account of old tithe gatherings in the copy and lease hold of James Mountagu.
18. c17th century paper entitled "Touching the Tythe". List of tenants with details of land held and farmed by them.
19. Undated booklet of Transcripts of Lacock Abbey charters.
20. c1720 Rough draft of the bill of complaint from Talbot to Mountagu. Mentions the division of Sir Henry Sharington's estate.
21. 25 Feb 1723 Letter to John Talbot from Rogers Holland incorporating the legal advice of Mr Pengelly relating to five cottages purchased by Mr Talbot.
