4. 13 Jul 1679 Copy lease of tithes in three pieces of land in Roeton, Worfield, from George Talbot of Worfield to Thomas Bell of Roeton, for a term of 12 years.
5 13 Feb 1699 Discharge of John Webb, rector of Bredon, of the legacy of the last will and testament of Henry Sutton, late rector of Bredon, by John Sutton, one of Henry Sutton's sons. Includes a receipt to Prideaux Sutton from Elizabeth Beard for her annuity.
6. 30 Oct 1699 Discharge of John Webb, rector of Bredon, of the legacy of the last will and testament of Henry Sutton, late rector of Bredon, by John Abbot of Gloucester and Anne his wife, one of the daughters of Henry Sutton.
7. Abstract of title of the manor of Stanley referring to lands at Nethermore and Naish Hill. Undated but probably 17th century.

23. 1781 Bill from S Harward to Captain Davenport Talbot for stationery. Receipted 1788.
24. Undated letter to [Henry Davenport] from his nephew C Davenport about a settlement: there is a clause in the settlement that empowers the author's father to make any alterations he sees fit, and that clause is now being altered.
25. Undated survey of lands including Corsham Field Farm and Naish Hill.
26. Undated surveys of Lacock house and lands, including tenants' names, free rents and tenements (2).

27. Receipts from the legatees under Mrs Sutton's will:
a. Receipt from John Parsons to William Davenport acknowledging a legacy of £50 for his son.
b. Receipts from Mary Wargent and Elizabeth Meggeson for wages.
c. Receipts from Mary Wargent and Elizabeth Meggeson for legacies of £20 each, and from Mary Warder for one guinea.
d. Receipts for legacies from Revd James Hallifax (£100), Sharington Davenport (£500), Leticia Davenport (£100), Ara Davenport (£100), Henry Backe (£200), Sharington Backe (£200) and William Hallifax (£600).
e. Receipt from Mr Taylor for a bequest to the poor of Salwarpe.
f. Churchwardens' receipt for a bequest to the poor of Bredon (2).

28. Bills in full for funeral expenses for "my aunt" to Reverend Doctor Davenport:
