Woods:
Expenditure includes: wages, trees and shrubs, tools and implements, fencing, rates.
Income includes: timber and poles, faggots and firewood.

Management:
Expenditure includes: books, printing, stationery; postage and telegrams; agreement stamps; agent's salary and expenses; bank charges and cheque book; railway carriages; accountant's fees.
Income includes: bank interest.

House:
Expenditure includes: rates, wood sawing and stacking, general work in home, man attending to furnace, licences, oil, sundry accounts.
Income includes: returns, visitors' fees, sundries.

Stables:
Expenditure includes: wages and expenses, hay, straw, oats, liveries and stable clothes, licences.
Income includes: horses sold, sundries.

Gardens:
Expenditure includes: wages and expenses, seeds, plants, manures, fertilisers, carriage, haulage, tools, accessories, coal and coke, licenses, netting and malting, weed destroyers.
Income includes: produce sold, returns, compensation for injured workmen.

Various:
Expenditure includes: cash to owner, land and buildings purchased, new buildings, death duties.
Income includes: cash from owner, land and buildings sold, timber sold, furniture sold.
