Description1. West Awdry's account book 1841 listing tenants' names and their estates, rent paid and arrears remaining. Includes Henry Vennelle, house burnt down and the land let to William Brinkworth. Second part of book moves to owners and occupiers including Lord Methuen. End of book covers taxes, casual receipts and disbursements. Concludes with grubbing and planting at Nash Hill and Nethermore.

Receipted bill from West Awdry for solicitor's work including agreements on cottage rentals, a warrant of distress for rent arrears on George Knott, a trespassing notice on Thomas Selman, George Selman, John Weston and John Bryant, Mr Stevens' notice to quit his house and garden due to rent arrears and disputes arising between Carey and Banks with a notice to quit Manor Yard, a journey to Lacock to take declaration as Master Extraordiner in Chancery, the insolvency of Messrs Hammersly and resolving payment of dividends (2).
