Description1. 13 Jan 1796 Letter from Stephen Vezey to Miss Davenport informing her of the death of his wife and asking if her remains may be deposited in the family vault at Lacock.
2. 26 Jan 1794 Letter from Luke Evill on behalf of Stephen Vezey to Captain Talbot informing him that Sergeant Drew and nine recruits will arrive at Hounslow then onward to Chatham.
3. Jan 1796 Letter from Stephen Vezey to Mr Davenport advising him of the placing of his wife's remains at Lacock with her mother. Also advising him that £50 be added to James Fussell's rent.
4. 13 Jan 1796 Letter from Stephen Vezey to Captain Talbot informing him of the funeral of his wife and asking again about opening of the family vault.
5. 21 Dec 1793 Letter from Christopher Salkeld to Captain Talbot acknowledging receipt of £49 for the recruitment of 2 lads to be soldiers.
6. 29 Nov 1793 Letter from Stephen Vezey to Captain Talbot concerning a payment of £47.15.6 for a recruit.
7. 12 Dec 1793 Letter from Stephen Vezey to William Talbot informing him that Sergeant Drew was advanced £60 to recruit in Bristol but he didn't feel he should go so he wrote to Sergeant Dorses.
8. 16 Apr 1793 Letter from Stephen Vezey to William Talbot advising him that he has sent to Messrs Drummond a draft for £500.
9. 15 Apr 1796 letter from Stephen Vezey to William Talbot advising him that he has enclosed a £5 Bank of England bill together with some Bank Post and County Bills sending the remainder by next post totalling £500.5.
10. Undated letter from Stephen Vezey to William Davenport in reply to letter informing him that he will carry out as requested and go to Mr James of Bath.
11. 1 Jan 1796 letter from Stephen Vezey to William Talbot Advising him of his wife's illness and also about the Fussell tenancy on Home Farm.
