Description1. 15 Apr 1852 Letter to W Awdry from Jim Goodman to say he is welcome to look at a title deed whenever he wants, and thanking him for giving good notice.
2. 13 Aug 1852 Letter to W & F Awdry from Jim Goodman returning answers to requisitions.
3. 12 Oct 1852 Letter to Wattenby from West Awdry about John Goodman who has survived some other trustees and executors and is appointing his own; talks of the will of John Pearce and a sum of money arising from that.
4. 19 Mar 1852 Letter to West Awdry from William Henry Fox Talbot thanking him for making an advantageous purchase of land the other side of the railway. He asks him to make arrangements with the tenant of Wick Farm to rent the land.
5. Undated letter to West Awdry from William Henry Fox Talbot asking how much the purchase money is that will be needed for his purchase of land at Wick Farm.
6. 6 Nov 1852 Letter to Messrs Awdry from Jim Goodman returning the draft conveyance.
7. 19 Nov 1852 Letter to West Awdry from Jim Goodman: he is ready to settle the purchase of the land.
