16. 29 Sep 1898 Copy letter from Charles Henry Talbot to the Local Government Board stating that the requested information about the new burial ground is enclosed and stating that the new ground is practically, though not technically, an addition to the existing ground.

22. 26 Aug 1898 Letter from Thomas Holloway regarding discussions he has had with Mr Phipps about the fence for the burial ground.
23. 22 Sep 1898 Letter from Thomas Holloway regarding payment for the burial ground fence.
24. 4 Aug 1898 Copy letter from Charles Henry Talbot to E M Awdry, clerk of Chippenham District Council, regarding making an application to the Local Government Board in the matter of the new burial ground. Notes that the parish of Bowden Hill is excluded.
25. 20 Aug 1898 Letter from Edmund Awdry, Chippenham Rural District Council, to Charles Henry Talbot about the rights of parochial electors to demand a poll.
26. 12 Aug 1898 Copy letter from Charles Henry Talbot to the clerk of Wilts County Council regarding the parish council approaching the Local Government Board in the matter of the new burial ground.

d. 7 Jun 1898 Letter from Thomas Holloway giving his recommendations for ground works at the proposed new burial site.
e. 29 Aug 1898 Letter from Thomas Holloway to regarding payments for work completed on new burial site and providing advice on further works.
30. Envelope containing:
a. 22 Nov 1898 Letter from the Under Secretary of State regarding the Secretary of State's approval of the table of fees for the new burial ground (subject to an amendment).
b. Schedule of fees for the new burial ground written by Charles Henry Talbot. Stamped and returned by the Home Office.
31. 1 Dec 1898 Letter from Kenelm E Digby, Home Office, acknowledging receipt of his letter and enclosure of 30 Nov.
32. 12 Dec 1898 Letter from the Under Secretary of State's office with approval for the Table of Fees for the new burial ground. Enclosed is the Table of Fees bearing Whitehall stamp and copy of the letter sent by Charles Henry Talbot to accompany it (30 Nov 1898).
33. 23 Dec 1898 Copy letter from Charles Henry Talbot to the Under Secretary of State enclosing another copy of the Table of Fees, as requested. With a letter of acknowledgment.
