7. 24 Mar 1902 Letter from Canon Livingstone thanking Charles for his donation to the restoration work at Brinkworth Church and updating him on the work that has already been done: the fragments of an ancient Saxon font were found under the flooring.

16. 20 Nov 1901 Letter from P Delme Awdry enclosing a statement of repairs required at Naish Hill Farm and asking permission to let Banks start the work. Encloses a bill from Banks and asks permission to pay it.
17. 16 Jan 1902 Letter from P Delme Awdry about F Croker moving from Naish Hill Farm; Mr Palmer's wife has asked if the repairs can be started at once. Asks of Charles can sign a lease and get Miss Talbot or one of the servants to witness the signature.
