Since the previous articles were drawn up Dormer Sheldon and his wife had ten children. Thomas Reed and Prideaux Sutton were trustees of the settlement. 19. 22 Feb 1748 Assignment of security of the manor of New Court, Lugwardine, with several parcels of meadow ground called Gostry, Rylands and Pooley, an orchard called the Old Leys and a piece of pasture ground called Five Acres, and various other pieces of ground not in the demesne lands of the manor on the estate of Thomas Reed from Richard Symons to Prideaux Sutton. Parties: Richard Symons, citizen and fishmonger of London; Dormer Sheldon of Abberton, Worcestershire, and Mary Lucy his wife; Prideaux Sutton of Bredon, clerk.
