a. 18 Oct 1781 Letter to Mrs Davenport from Thomas Berrington with details of land, accounts and tenancies (used as wrapper).
b. 1781/1782 List of the debts due from the estate of the late Reverend Doctor Davenport.
c. 7 Jul 1785 Letter from Henry White in Overbury to Mrs Davenport regarding the balance due to her from Dr Davenport's estate.
d. 1781 and 1782 Mr Parson's accounts for monies received and spent, one in account with Mrs Davenport as executrix (3).
e. Mr Parson's list of monies owed and debts to be paid.
f. Executor's accounts for Dr Davenport, including a letter from Dudley Ward explaining why he could not pay the whole sum owed.
g. Nov 1785 Communication regarding the valuation of contents of the Rectory at Salwarpe for Mrs Davenport, including a letter from the tenant, Reverend Waldron, regarding the negligence of Mr Parsons and letter from Mr Parsons giving more details of the delay (4).
h. 7 Jan 1782 Letter from William Woodhouse in Salwarpe to Mrs Davenport regarding tithes due to her.

l. 10 Apr 1785 Letter from Barbara Davenport in Coton near Derby, to her mother at Lacock regarding friends she has met; further details of accounts and plans for rest of stay.
m. 7 Mar 1787 Letter from Thomas Berrington to Mrs Davenport regarding collecting due rents.

2. 21 Apr 1788 Letter from Reverend George Buckley Bower, Brasenose College, Oxford to Miss Davenport regarding the cost of a lease being increased for a property, which Miss Davenport is disputing.
3. 26 Apr 1788 Letter from Reverend George Buckley Bower to Miss Davenport giving details of renewing the lease, the cost and how to pay.
