3. Undated composition of tithe money by Mr Mason, listing names and amounts.
4. 1665 Terrier of lands in the parish of Salwarpe, made and agreed by parishioners. List of names and amounts.
5. 1667 Parish rate of Salwarpe made by the tenants, listing names with amounts.
6. 8 Dec 1673 Letter from Elizabeth Talbot to her cousin regarding enclosure of land. Copy had been sent to Mr Amphlett by tenants who thought it reasonable.
7. 1593 Valuation of Salwarpe in Sharington Talbot's minority, listing commodities, tenants and rent amounts.

1. 29 Aug 1769 Letter from Edward Baker to Reverend William Davenport regarding the poor repair of the house, tithes going in the barn and the dispute with Mr Woodhouse about which stables he has the use of.
2. 23 Sep 1769 Letter from Reverend William Davenport to Edward Baker stating that Mr Woodhouse had been told to do the repairs and that he would be visiting soon to confirm details of the lease.
3. 21 Mar 1770 Letter from Mr Woodhouse to Reverend William Davenport regarding charges due to him, enclosing the accounts for the wood sold at Oakley in January 1769.
4. 3 May 1770 Letter from Thomas Holbeck to Reverend William Davenport regarding the agreement with Mr Baker for the house and garden.
5. 22 May 1771 Letter from Edward Baker to Reverend William Davenport regarding Mr Woodhouse wanting extra rent from him, more than was agreed. Stated he would leave if expected to pay more and wanting to meet Dr Davenport.
6. 16 Oct 1770 Letter from Edward Baker to Reverend William Davenport regarding the selling the tillage of the land to a person who will manage it well.
7. 22 Oct 1770 Letter from John Talbot to Reverend William Davenport regarding the poor conduct of Mr Woodhouse and Priddy regarding the timber, and that Mr Baker should have it. Enquires after daughter and grandchildren and other family news.
8. 31 Oct 1770 Letter from Edward Baker to Reverend William Davenport naming the person in letter 6 above.
9. Undated letter from J Taylor to Reverend William Davenport regarding the value of the Salwarpe estates stating that in his father's opinion there is no incumbrance on the estate.
