Description1. Undated part of a deed concerning the rectory, parsonage or parish church of Bredon and the incumbency of Henry Sutton.
2. 24 Apr 1682 Articles of agreement between Thomas Roberts of Stanway, and Richard Rayer of Cutsdean, concerning the letting of tithes in Cutsdean to Richard Rayer.
3. 7 Oct 1699 Agreement between Prideaux Sutton, son and heir of Miles Sutton, clerk, son and heir of Henry Sutton, and John Webb of Bredon, clerk, concerning the rectory and advowson of Bredon.
4. 29 Jan 1703 Letter from unknown, written from Hodnett, to "your honour" concerning lands belonging to the recipient's father and matters between the recipient's father and the writer's father; he does not want his father''s memory to be tainted. Various estate matters.
5. 1713 List of payments to John Webb, rector of Bredon, with notes by Prideaux Sutton on the other side.
6. 14 Dec 1715 Assignment of mortgage for £400 of a messuage, farm house, buildings, closes, pasture grounds etc from John Webb of Bredon to William Lloyd, Doctor of Divinity and Chancellor of the Diocese of Worcester, and Thomas Savage of Elmely Castle, Worcestershire.
7. 2 Jan 1716 Copy of the will of Reverend John Webb.
8. 10 Oct 1724 Bond: Prideaux Sutton, rector of Bredon, to Mary Webb, widow and relict of John Webb late rector of Bredon.
9. 20 Aug 1726 Copy lease of 19 acres of meadow ground in Bredon and other lands in the area from Reverend Prideaux Sutton, rector of Bredon, to Mary Webb, widow and relict of John Webb, late rector of Bredon. Other party: Charles Haselwood of New Inn, Middlesex.
10. 1 Apr 1732 Letter to Prideaux Sutton from T Hayward saying he will soon receive a bond he asked for; mentions the security of a farmer.
11. 1734 Receipt from Mary Webb to Prideaux Sutton for interest.
12. 1735 Receipt from Judith Hanbury of Tewkesbury for annuity due to the late Mary Webb.
13. Note on price of mortgage money in 1737, no reference to property or parties.
14. 13 Apr 1743 Copy of letter by Dr Hough, Bishop of Worcester, to Lord Digby (his last letter) regarding his health and his hopes of dying and going to a better life.
15. 12 Jan 1789 Letter to Miss Davenport from Gabriel Goldney concerning a bond given by Dr Davenport to Martha Bull; and various estate matters.
16. Notes by Prideaux Sutton on papers relating to a mortgage.
17. Extracts from court rolls for the manor of the rectory of Bredon.
18. 1763 Draft conveyance of the manor of the rectory of Bredon. Parties: Sir Thomas Whitmore, John Talbot the elder, John Talbot the younger, Reverend William Davenport, Benjamin Pearkes. With a draft of the schedule referred to in the purchase deed.
