Description1. 7 May 1768 regarding the survey of the Earl of Warwick's estate in Gower and other matters pertaining to the above.
2. 15 Sep 1768 from Hopkin Llewellyn to Thomas Mansel Talbot relating to the purchase of Mr Hancorne's lease of Penrice Castle and thanking him for appointing him Constable of the above castle and courtkeeper of all his manors.
3. 15 Sep 1768 with regard to his appointment by Mr Talbot and requesting that his friend William Jenkins should be appointed Deputy Courtkeeper amongst other estate matters.
4. 24 Sep 1768 about estate matters. He states he also passed on Davenport's complements to Mr Williams who has had a sad time of it.
5. 12 Oct 1768 about estate matters and walking the boundaries of the manor in Gower.
6. 20 Oct 1768 with regard to a week's visit to the Gower collection. He saw Mr Davenport who is greatly recovered.
7. 3 Nov 1768 regarding the Gower estate with various estate matters. Mentioned was Mr Propert's bill to Miss Talbot for her harpsichord.

14. 29 Dec 1768 regarding bills and sending compliments from Mr and Mrs Williams and Master Davenport.
15. 6 May 1769 regarding the payment of bills. Expressing sympathy for Miss Talbot's illness and pleasure for Mr Talbot's restoration.
16. 29 Dec 1768 from John Walters of Landough to Hopkin Llewellyn about a grant of land.

18. 17 Jan 1769 about payment to Mr Talbot of an annuity, includes a copy of a letter from John Talbot. Queries a bill from Samuel Harcorne regarding expenditure for entertainment on Mr Talbot's birthday.
19. 16 Jan 1769 from Hopkin Llewellyn to Samuel Harcorne regarding payment of bills which he declined to settle. He required Dr Davenport's agreement to settle the bills and also states that the bill of entertainment for Mr Talbot's birthday exceeded the amount consumed.
20. 11 Mar 1769 concerning financial matters.
