3. Undated note from Eardley Knollys to Mrs Burt with a list of where to put various pictures.
4. Undated letters from F St John Gore of the National Trust to Mrs Burnett-Brown about various paintings at the Abbey and some financial matters.
5. Undated notes on Paracelsus, 1493-1541, from a portrait by Schorel in the Louvre.
6. Undated note of what pictures to alter at Lacock (replacing and removing). 2 copies, one with handwritten notes and a diagram, and a handwritten draft of the alterations.

8. 7 Dec 1955 Letter from James Lees-Milne at the National Trust to Matilda Talbot asking for a loan of the portrait of Sir William Sharington, with a copy response from Matilda Talbot and a letter of 22 Dec from Lees-Milne to Alexander Burnett-Brown about the matter.
