2. 11 Apr from Charles S Adye to say there is no plan to raise the road as Charles Talbot did not wish it to be done.
3. 13 Apr from A H Lapham, Surveyor, Chippenham Highway District, to say the proposed footbridge is the same as that described in the plan submitted to Charles some time ago He has arranged not to proceed.
4. 11 Apr from Mr Fuller about the proposed footbridge. He has spoken to Adye and Lapham. If Charles has not seen the plans he will ask Lapham to show them to him.
