Description1. 22 Jan 1894 from William Bleadon Croft at Winchester College saying that he is trying to make a small collection of the important photographic processes for the Physics Laboratory as he thinks it will be of an educational interest and has been in London but has not managed to obtain a specimen of the Talbot type: asks if Charles could help in any way.
2. 12 Feb 1894 from William Gilchrist-Clark about the Sharington fireplace in the chapter house at Lacock and whether it had been found or not. Says that the larger fragment would suit well as a plinth at the base of an ornamental jamb. Continues with information about the Sharingtons and the Bristol mint.
3. 16 Feb 1894 from William Bleadon Croft thanking Charles for sending calotypes; confirms they have arrived safely. Talks about the pictures of Queen's College and St Peter's.
