Short paragraph stating that Mary, daughter of Sharington Talbot the younger married Repington [Sebright] of Annington, Warwickshire. 3. 20 Nov 1671 concerning George Fry and the sowing of grounds at Miltons Leas, and Hulbert who rents Corsham field having water for his oxen. 4. 27 Nov 1671 concerning sending of trees. His cousin Montague approved of sowing Miltons Lease. Glad to have news of his grandson. Finishes by talking about someone called Powlett, who has been home three weeks and has been invited along with William Eyres and his wife. He believes his sister will keep him from marrying. 5. Undated letter giving news of his daughter Meryel, who was at church and after at Lackham and today goes to Corsham. Then says "By report I have been dead in Worcestershire, but am yet alive". |
