a. 1714 Deposition by Samuel Sainsbury that he contracted with John Talbot to buy the manor of Potterne for £3,300, being held of the Bishop of Sarum for £21pa.
b. Undated affidavit of Walsingham King that he gave a copy of a Chancery Court order of 26 June to Lady Longueville, guardian for Henry Yelverton, minor (2).
c. Undated draft petition by Talbot to the trustees to convey the manor to Sainsbury. Enclosed within a fair copy of the same, labeled "Master's Report" (4).
d. Undated letter from Samuel Sainsbury of Market Lavington, Wiltshire to Thomas Bosley to confirm he contracted to buy the manor of Potterne in July 1714.
e. Undated draft copy of the report of the purchase made by Mr Sainsbury. Enclosed within a fair copy dated 27 Apr 1716.
f. Undated plaintiff's petition to confirm the purchase of the manor.
g. Undated copy of report to confirm the purchase of the manor.
h. Draft petition, following the sale to Mr Sainsbury, to make proper conveyances.
i. Rough notes concerning the plaintive contracting with his grandfather for the purchase of several parts of the estate.
