Description1. 15 Apr 1775 Copy of the will of John Talbot.
2. Dec 1772 Extract from the Registry of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, recording that the will with codicil of John Ivory Talbot, late of Charlton, was proved.
3. 1799 Schedule of title deeds 1716-1799 relating to an estate in the parish of Lacock belonging to William Davenport Talbot under mortgage to Messrs Morgan and Somerville, in trust for Miss Cresswell. Later alterations and additions in pencil.
4. 10 Oct 1804 Attested copy and appointment of £10,000 charged on the Bibury estate as a security for the repayment of £4000 and interest, from Reverend Thomas Fry and Ann his wife, formerly Ann Cresswell, to Charles Tirrel Morgan.
5. (1804) Account concerning the sale of part of the estates of William Henry Fox Talbot, an infant, under the Land Tax redemption Act. The purchasers were Sir Andrew Bayntun, John Awdry and Mr Jacob Hayward. 2 copies.
6. 1819 Copies of extracts relating to the Feilding family, 1761-1819.
7. 1825 Abstract of a conveyance under the Land Tax Act of estates to John Awdry.
8. 1825 Copy of articles of lease agreement between William Thomas Luxmoore of Albany, Piccadilly, and William Henry Fox Talbot of Albany. Concerns 5 years' lease of chambers marked No.8 in the Old Building.
9. 10 Jul 1834 Draft will of Captain Charles Feilding.
10. 25 May 1828 Schedule of deeds from Mr and Mrs Franklen's trustees to the Earl of Ilchester.
11. Undated, 3 loose pages with notes on payments: part of a draft document.
