Description1. 13 Apr 1796 Copy of a settlement on the marriage of Lady Elisabeth Theresa Fox-Strangways to William Davenport Talbot.
2. 29 Jan 1811 Copy of a settlement by Lady Elisabeth Theresa Fox Feilding to appoint the Earl of Ilchester and the Honorable George Eden trustees in the settlement of her first marriage, in the room of Philip Webb deceased and of the Honorable and Reverend Charles Strangways and Mr Digby who declined to act as trustees.
3. 18 Feb 1811 Copy declaration of trust from John Shakespeare esquire of Southampton, Right Honorable Henry Fox-Strangways Earl of Ilchester and the Honorable George Eden of Lincolns Inn, Middlsex, the trustees of the settlement made on the marriage of the Right Honorable Lady Elisabeth Theresa Fox Feilding with her former husband William Talbot, to Charles Feilding of Sackville Street, St James, Middlesex and Lady Elisabeth Fox Feilding, concerning Lady Feilding's marriage settlement for her first marriage.

5. 23 Feb 1847 Release from a trust fund which was subject to the trusts of the marriage settlement of the late William Talbot and Lady Elisabeth Talbot, from William Henry Fox Talbot to the Earl of Ilchester and George Eden, Earl of Auckland. 2 copies. Enclosed in one copy is a bill of charges with receipt from Richard Lambert on behalf of the Earl of Auckland, instructions for the release and indemnity, and two related letters from William Read King.
