2. Plan, undated, showing the Line of the Wiltshire, Somerset and Weymouth railway through property belonging to William Henry Fox Talbot in the parish of Lacock.
3. 11 Dec 1807 Copy of letter from Mr Phillpotts: rents are improved, suggests the mortgage be paid off. This needs an Act of Parliament to empower Trustees to sell part of the estate; expected receipts from sale of houses, tithes, woods in Melksham and Nethermore Farm and coppice. Any excess funds could be used to buy lands intermingled with the Lacock estate, such as Mr Montague's estate, currently in Chancery; statement of alterations made in the rents of Isaac Fussell, Thomas Hayward, John Curnick. James Edwards, Joseph Crocker, Nicholas Crocker, Thomas Bailey, J Bevan, W Brinkworth, J Grist, James Phillips, J Potticary, Revd Mr Robinson, Francis Sellman.
4. 12 Feb 1821 Bargain and sale: William Henry Fox Talbot to William Read King. Draft bargain and sale to make a tenant to the precipe for suffering a recovery of estates in Wiltshire. Includes details of farms on the Lacock estate, giving acreage and names of tenants.
