Title	Notes by Charles Henry Talbot about the remains of a Renaissance fireplace found at Edwin Bath's house on 22 Apr 1909 but so badly mutilated that he thinks it will have to be taken out and simply preserved as a specimen - the dimensions are to be taken. 1620 is the date on the chimney externally - the question is whether the fireplace (ground floor) can have been of that date.
