3. 11 Jun 1712 Letter from John Russell and Samuel Feake, Fort William to Henry Davenport concerning paying of Henry Davenport's bill to Captain Marcos Buffkins. Also news from Bengal about fall in price of goods including silver.
4. 31 Aug 1713 Letter from John Russell, Fort William to Henry Davenport, Fort St George concerning Henry Davenport and Madame Chardin's family intentions to go to England on the ship Marlborough providing they can have a great cabin.
5. 19 Jan 1714 Account of Henry Davenport from James Jennings, Fort St George for goods sold in various months.
6. Unsigned and undated letter. Last paragraph suggests this may have been a deliberate act, as the writer suggests "when you have read this once or twice on your way home pray tear it for reasons that you know". This may be due to his comments on several people in the letter.
7. 31 Dec 1713 Notes on a consultation held in Fort St George. Bernard Benyon receives the Export Warehouse from Henry Davenport and William Warre receives the Import Warehouse.
8. 3 Feb 1713 Letter from Edward Harrison, Fort St George to John Evans and John Sherman concerning debts accumulated by Mr Hastings.
9. List of papers delivered to Honourable Edward Harrison and Bern Benyon, including receipts and a will.
10. 20 Oct 1713 Letter from Mr Mason, Fort St George, to Henry Davenport, Fort St David concerning supply of several sorts of ammunition.
11. 4 Jan 1713 Letter from Captain Raymond, London to Henry Davenport, Fort St George concerning disposal of his diamonds in Holland for £820 and news of other ships. Also sends a message to his brother-in-law Captain Osborne on the ship Hannover.
12. 20 Feb 1711 Letter from Joseph Chitty and Samuel Blount, Fort William, to Henry Davenport, Madras. Hoping he had a prosperous voyage and enclosing an account note for balances.
13. Printed note for shop called Hawkins, Haymarket, London, sellers of silk, satins and riding hoods etc. On the reverse bill of sale to Lucy Davenport dated 14 Apr 1748 for a coat, flowered dimity etc.
14. 15 Dec 1699 Letter of attorney signed by Robert Blackbone, Thomas Woolley, Samuel South, John Chardin of Turnham Green in the County of Middle Knight, makes Daniel Chardin of Fort St George in the East Indies to be his attorney. Also concerning Francis Guetty of Lyon in France who moved to the East Indies.

Including pictures with gold frames, The House for 1650 pagodas to Mr Langelier, brass lamps, looking glass, tables, black ebony chair with ivory, Japanese dishes, china sword, old maps, one Persia mare and a Manilla horse.
19. 1710 Journal of accounts belonging to Josias Berners and Benjamin Morse, Mocha. Sundry accounts. Other end of book is an inventory of an estate in Madras.

21. 1 Oct 1712 Letter from John Russell, Fort William to Henry Davenport, Fort St George concerning difficulties in sending goods as wars are causing problems with ships getting through.
22. Nov 1712 Notebook of account of goods sales for account owners of various ships.
23. Undated account of sundry goods sales. Includes cloth, taffeta and canister of sugar candy.
24. Undated accounts book with no cover. Includes wages for ships' captains, maid Chardin and two elephants, silk and Maderia.
25. 1712 Account for Mr Blount. Includes weights and scales, a wig box and chest of liquors.
26. List of spices, Mocha. Includes cloves, pepper, ginger, turmeric, Camphire etc.
27. Undated and unsigned letter to Captain Benjamin Morse concerning a list of household accounts for mending a desk, making clothes etc.
28. Undated inventory for bales of material. Contained in 6 chests. Includes bales of chintz, romaills and blue cloth.
29. 19 June 1712 Receipt of 500 pagodas from Mr Warre. List of items.
30. 25 Nov 1712 Inventory of apparel including waistcoats and brooches, napkins and coats.
31. Invoice for 6 gold bars.
