8. 1 May 1722 with news that he has lost a ship and cannot claim the insurance. At the end of the letter is a note added by Sharington Davenport.

15. Undated letter in which Henry speaks of his concerns for his son. He describes his journey toward London and states that he has called in at Lacock.
16. Undated letter telling of Henry arriving in the city and that he has delivered Aunt Talbot's packet.
17. Letter regarding the death of Talbot and a reference to "a particular Belzabub God-Mother".
18. Undated letter stating Henry's affection for Barbara.
19. Short letter apologising for not writing earlier.
