a. List of all the writing and papers that belong to Mr Breaton's mortgage at Cheshire. List of documents date from 1669 to 1718.

c. Preliminary copy of agreement between Walter Stubbs of Beckbery and Mary Lucy Davenport to repay £1000 with interest. Not signed or completed.
d. Sheet of paper saying a deed is borrowed.
e. Agreement written by John Mytton, M E Mytton, Sharington Davenport, Barbara Davenport and ML Davenport with John Wilson that they will be paid sum of £3000 and interest dated 1737.
f. Note about a mortgage in the name of Mary Elizabeth Mytton needing to be transferred, and a fine paid made by Walter Stubbs in 1736.
g. Observations from Mr Cox on the matters in f above, noting the start of the mortgage in 1728 involving John Wilson and all the dealings until 1736.
