Includes discussion on Charles Wynne threatening to send Sir Francis Burdett to the Tower, the offence is moving the resolutions denying the right of Commons to send Hobhouse to Newgate. Wynne may be made speaker of the House of Keys in the Isle of Man. A ball held by Sire de San Carlos resulted in the Prince being upset when the guests went to the door to see the illuminations.
