Description1. 12 Mar 1706 Last will and testament of Joseph Lister leaving money to his mother Elizabeth Lister and his sisters Katherine, Elisabeth and Martha Lister and the rest of his estate to his wife Jane. Henry Davenport, Daniel Chardin and Jane Lister were executors.
2. 1712 Letter, possibly in Portuguese, from Theodozio de Torrey.

Details regarding French ships with many guns which they suggest they avoid by travelling home a different route. Other orders including a stop off in Ceylon.
12. 28 Jan 1709 Letter to Thomas Pitt by the Court of Management for the United Trade of the English Companies trading to the East Indies, granting his request return to England and having appointed Gulston Addison to be president and governor of Fort St George, he should immediately surrender the Government and will be allowed a passage home on any of their ships. He will have six months to settle his accounts in Madrass and will be given suitable accommodation within Fort St George.
