At middle includes: start of an account for beginning to play on a flute; a particular of John Webb's rent roll, and account of deductions, for 1719-1721; various disbursements including rates and taxes for Bredon.

At back: list of documents found in "my father's study" 16 Nov 1724: mostly deeds and court rolls concerning Bredon and the family.
