2. 29 Apr 1715 Second copy of agreement above signed by Henry Davenport.
3. 14 Jan 1714 Letter of petition from Patrick Johnston, Fort St George asking to be forgiven as he recognises his mistake but does not presume to ask his father or Governor Pitt to help him.
4. Receipt for goods received by William Warre in Fort St George, and Bengal (2).
5. Account of sale of goods belonging to John Lock, Fort William.
6. 29 Jan 1712 Document refuting the claim that Aron Patcheco and Moses Barrow did give any orders to Isaac Abendana (now deceased) that they would cover a bill of exchange on Mr Robert Nightingale and therefore they are not responsible for the outstanding sum (2 copies).

8. 7 Sep 1713 Document stating that Widow Abendana owed money on a bill drawn by her husband on Mr Robert Nightingale when in Bengal, requested by Mr Henry Davenport on his behalf with the authentic attestations necessary.
9. Receipt from Samuel Feake at Fort William for goods laden onboard the John & Elizabeth delivered to Bengal. 2 copies including a receipt from Mohunloll Sookmund (3).
10. Letter from George Crook regarding sending goods to Bengal and Calcutta.
11. Receipt from Henry Davenport for goods received from Alexander Orme, and received by Samuel Feake.
12. Document signed by Henry Davenport detailing, obligation of widow of Isaac Abendane to pay money owed to Robert Nightingale as documents denying responsibility of Aron Patcheco and Moses Barrow have been seen by J Mason.
