[Manuscript ‘A’: Paper bound volume 8" x 12", ff 33, inscribed ‘MSS [sic] A: Memo from P[rince] R[upert’s] imprisonment to the Revolt of the English fleet to the King in 1648. [“Prince Rupert’s diary”].
Manuscript ‘B’: Skin bound volume approx 9" x 13¾", ff 140 [with ff 48 approx 7" x 11½" originally inserted, now separately bound] inscribed ‘Rupert’s Correspondence and his Log-book’ and, on the spine, ‘Rupert’.]
