Title
Letter from Ida Poore at Trois Couronnes Vavey
Description
Had many letters to answer from service friends of the last 45 years, no time to get through correspondance now Australian letter arriving. Such a comfort that The Times gave such an appreciative account of husband's life, "knows the malevolence of Lord Fisher and Winston churchill" who witheld his full reward of his services might have survived! Letters have made her cry. Weak and blind for last 6 months. Chris Clogstoun visited. His ashes to be buried in Cathedral cloisters.
