Description
Delighted EO thinks Sidney 'comes alive' as unable to judge for herself. Desmond MacArthy (in The Times) implies she has gone too far in abstemiousness. Taking revenge by sending a message by Mr Young that the anonymous friend quoted was Samuel Johnson. Mr Young had a lot to do with A&S(?) edition by Monarch Press. Would have preferred less picturesque version accessible to students but this may come. Would be delighted to go to Yarnborough (June 3rd) Mr Young belongs to the Archaelogical Society and will get tickets. Visiting EO June 2nd.
