| Description | Very pleased to have phopograph of E. In Rome as Father-in Law has died. Feels very sorry for Mother-in-Law as she has real sorrows. No Christmas celebrations - doesn't mind but feels sorry for Grato (her son) who is young and hates it. Visited the mineral exhibition, Cecil Beaton would enjoy it. She and Grato stayed with Lady Trent in Cannes for a week. Hotels very empty - saw Elizabeth Russell, Lady Fortesque, Phillip Oppenheim. |
