Title
Letter from Rotha Mary Clay
Description
Remininscences following reading E's book. E was very kind about Victor Riennecker - he is desperate for work but even a clerkship will be difficult at 51+. Samuel Hieronymus Grimm has gone to press. She describes the illustrations in the book. One of the pictures was found in the Duke of Portland's bedroom, another was owned by the Duke of Westminster and the Queen has lent 3 for reproduction. She is with Hilda Cashmore in Cornwall. They dined with refugees at Bodean Manor where the Wayfarers are providing a place for them to recover.
