They have been in Tonga for a year. Edith's book 'Without Knowing Mr Walkley' arrived last boat and gave them enormous pleasure. She was at Somerville until 1906 and enjoyed A L Smith's lectures. Spent a few days of her leave Summer 1938 with her sister in Wiltshire - visited Wilton House, guided by a magnificent family retainer housekeeper. 2nd Enclosure: A small tribute by Will Stuart - a poem entitled Without Meeting Miss Edith Olivier. |
