In the 2nd it states that the original file could not be found by Calne and Chippenham R.D.C., (presumably it is the 1st folder subsequently found) and includes documents from the Department of the Enviroment relating to a Revocation order made in 1974 by Calne and Chippenham R.D.C. and a photocopy of a public notice displayed in the Chippenham news, 1 Mar 1974, regarding a revocation order under section 45 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
In 1934 the parish of Seagry was transferred to Sutton Benger for civil purposes. |
