| Description | The correspondence of the Clerk to the Parish Council is extensive and has been weeded by the archivist - only material which seems to be of long-term interest such as letters relating to rights of way, legal issues, major policy issues, etc have been kept. Duplicate minutes and ephemeral or routine correspondence/publications have been weeded. Please note that correspondence about planning applications has been weeded since Salisbury District Council was the main planning authority until 2009 so the latter's records (partly held at WSHC but not yet fully catalogued) are the main records of these issues. |
