Description	Established in 1921 superseding the vestry following the Parochial Church Councils (Powers) Measure 1921. Manages the remaining functions of vestry and churchwardens meetings of parishes which had not been transferred to civil local authorities including financial matters of the church parish and maintenance of its assets, assisting the clergy in the management of church affairs in the parish, and promoting the mission of the church.
