The deeds from 1820-1835 refer to a house called Chiveralls in Donhead St. Andrew and to the workhouse opposite the entrance to Donhead Lodge. Two deeds of 1820 have abstracts of title 1728-1813. The estate was leased from the Arundell family by Cooke and later by Haynes, Monkland and Bolton. |
