| Description | All his lands, tenements, rents, services, etc., which he has, on the day of the making of this writing, in the town of East Grafton.
To hold to Robert, his heirs and assigns, from the day of the making of this to the Feast of St. Michael, and from the said feast for the term of 6 years. Rendering £6.13s.4d. annually. And Robert and his heirs shall maintain in good repair, at their own expense, all the lands, buildings, etc., so leased. And in the sixth year, at the end of the term, John shall receive back the meadow and land due for fallowing the following year in the same state in which Robert received them.
